3.5mm high dupont header is starting to sound too short to be reliable though. Currently digging around lcsc for similar that jlcpcb will assemble.

Would solder male pins to the QT PY, maybe removing plastic insulator sleeve to reduce height by ~2mm. * Adafruit have 5mm high Short Female Header () getting those if unable to source better option from jlcpcb/lcsc. * jlcpcb/lcsc have 4\.68mm high 'Swiss Pin' Circular Holes Female Headers but male circular pins are bulky\. Will swap couple times a year, so connector doesn't need to be designed for daily/frequent use. But need to be able to remove/swap QT PY without (de)soldering. Soldering headers/pins/mezzanine-connectors for initial install is ok. Want QT PY to be salvaged/reused for other boards/projects.
